Lehigh Fluid Power, Inc., a leading manufacturer of pneumatic & hydraulic actuators, announces the launch of our new JHDG “GREEN” Series pneumatic actuators. Designed to reduce operating expenses & increase profits by reducing energy consumption, the “Green” series cylinder combines Lehigh’s unique Miracalube piston lubrication system with its Dual Max pressure control regulator & ILCN seals to reduce Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) & increase cylinder life expectancy.

By reducing the operating pressure when it is not needed, the “Green” series cylinder operates more efficiently which reduces the demand for compressed air. Compressed air is expensive according to many fluid power experts & if you reduce the amount of compressed air you consume, you reduce expenses & increase profits. The “Green” series cylinder is designed & tested to do just this – reduce wasted energy, lower operating costs, & increase profits.

Test results clearly indicate that a typical user can reduce cylinder energy expenses an average of 21%. By combining our Dual Max regulator with our Miracalube piston & ILCN seals, operators can experience a reduced TCO because the Lehigh “Green” series cylinder is designed to work more efficiently & last longer.

The new “Green” series cylinder is easy to order & easy to install. It is available in bore sizes between 1” to 6″ & in strokes from ” to over 120″. Documentation & photos are found at Lehigh’s newly improved website: www.LehighFluidPower.com/green.

“For years, cylinder manufacturers have talked about saving energy”, according to Walter Stridick, Lehigh’s National Sales Manager, “but Lehigh is the first to test these theories, combine them with our proven Miracalube cylinder design & make these concepts an easy-to-order & easy-to-install reality.”

From 3/4″ to 30″ bore, Lehigh offers a wide range of pneumatic, medium duty hydraulic, high-pressure hydraulic NFPA tie-rod style standard & custom engineered cylinders. “Our growth & success is based on listening to our customer’s requirements so that we can engineer the right answer for their needs”, according to Frank McGonigle, President of Lehigh Fluid Power, Inc. Whether standard or custom, contact Lehigh to learn more about how we can help fulfill your cylinder requirements.
